Android Waitlist Privacy Notice

1. This notice explains how SnapSprint AI Private Limited, 712 Mahagun Mastero, Sector 50, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India ("SnapSprint", "we" or "us"), processes the email address you submit to the Burst Brawl Android waitlist on this website. It supplements the Burst Brawl Privacy Policy (English), which governs our processing of personal data generally.

2. Purpose and legal basis. We use your email address solely to notify you when Burst Brawl becomes available on Android. We process it on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not share it with advertising or analytics providers.

3. How it is stored. Our server submits your email address to a Google Form, which records it in a Google Sheet accessible only to SnapSprint. Google LLC processes this data on our behalf under its data processing terms, and may do so in the United States. Signups received before 27 September 2026 were previously held with our website host, Vercel, Inc., and have been transferred to the same Google Sheet; the copy held by Vercel has been deleted.

4. Retention. We retain your email address until you withdraw your consent or the waitlist is closed, whichever is earlier, and then delete it.

5. Website analytics. This website records page views, how far you scroll, clicks and taps on the page (which link or button, and where, shown as heatmaps) and error reports, using PostHog, Inc. It may show different visitors different versions of a page (experiments) to learn which works better. If your browser is set to a time zone outside Europe, it also records session replays (a reconstruction of what happened on the page during your visit), including the page's console warnings and errors and the timing of its network requests, with every form field masked, so nothing you type is recorded. It does not store cookies or other identifiers on your device for this purpose, does not record your location, never includes your email address, and does not measure browsers that send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

6. Your rights. You may withdraw your consent, and ask us to access, correct or delete your email address, at any time by writing to support@snapsprint.org from the address you registered. Your other rights, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority, are described in section 12 of the Burst Brawl Privacy Policy (English).
